Before your first session, you’ll complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire and a one-week food diary. This helps me understand your full picture — from your symptoms and medical history to your day-to-day patterns.

In our initial consultation, we’ll talk through your journey so far, your goals, and the obstacles getting in your way. I’ll then guide you through practical nutrition and lifestyle changes, supplement advice, and hormone-balancing strategies — all tailored to you.

We work collaboratively to make sure changes are realistic, manageable, and fully aligned with your life.
