Prior our first appointment I will ask you to complete a questionnaire that includes your health history and your current health status. This gives me the opportunity to get to know you and for you to tell me about you and your life. We will discuss your journey so far, your current diet and lifestyle. We will discuss your goals and what you’d like to achieve from our sessions together. Then we will then go through the first dietary and lifestyle adaptions for you to put in place to set you on your way to achieving your goals. We will work together to make sure your goal are manageable and fit into your lifestyle. Our follow up appointments will usually be between up to 45 minutes but if we need more time at one or more of the sessions we will just use the time in a manner we feel is most appropriate for you so you can get the most from our sessions together. All the consultation are given via zoom at the moment so it doesn't matter where do you live.
