Do you need support to get back to yourself, lose weight, have more energy and find balance? 

My mission in working with clients is to support women with achievable nutrition and lifestyle changes that suit their daily routines to improve their health. After years of working in a corporate role, my life changed when I had my children and it was time for a change, I retrained for four years to become a registered nutritional therapist. I continue my learning with continuing professional development with a particular interest in hormone health and weight loss especially after the age of 40. I support mainly perimenopause/menopause, weight loss, PCOS, food intolerance, digestive issues IBS, fatigue, heavy period, and PMDD.​

I will support you with simple and achievable nutrition and lifestyle changes to achieve your long-term health goal. This is not a fad diet, as there is no "one diet fits all", it is not about eating less and moving more, it's all about finding the right balance that works for you. What we eat makes a huge difference to how we feel.

Although I'm based in Woking area,  Surrey I do mostly online consultations and face-to-face at Victoria Clinic. I offer 30 min online  chat to listen to your concerns and see how I can support you.
