I help women in their 40s and 50s reclaim their energy, clarity and confidence by addressing the real root causes of hormone-related weight gain, fatigue and digestive issues.

For most of my clients, the usual advice — eat less, move more, try keto, cut carbs — doesn’t work anymore. You might feel like you’re doing everything “right,” and still… the weight won’t budge. You’re tired, moody, bloated, wired but exhausted, and wondering what happened to the old you.

That was my story too — and it’s why I now specialise in helping women in midlife rebalance their hormones, support their digestion, and finally feel good in their bodies again.

How I work

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all plans or calorie counting. Instead, I take a personalised approach rooted in evidence and empathy. That means:

  • Looking at your symptoms as part of a bigger hormonal picture (oestrogen, insulin, thyroid, cortisol, progesterone)

  • Supporting your gut and liver to improve digestion, clear excess hormones and reduce bloating or IBS-like symptoms

  • Stabilising blood sugar to reduce cravings, anxiety, mood swings and energy dips

  • Addressing the effects of stress on your nervous system and metabolism

  • Using functional testing where needed to understand what’s happening beneath the symptoms

  • Helping you build sustainable habits that don’t require perfection or restriction

I work with women 1:1 in a supportive container that includes nutrition plans, lifestyle coaching, supplement guidance and access to private Q&As and resources. I also run group programmes and online workshops throughout the year.

What makes this different from other programmes?

  • I’m a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist with clinical training — I follow the Functional Medicine approach. I am not a coach following a protocol or diet trend.

  • I focus on women in midlife — you won’t need to explain your hot flushes, anxiety, belly fat or lack of motivation to me — I get it.

  • I integrate science with soul — meaning we talk lab markers and root causes, but also real life, emotional eating, self-sabotage and the pressure to keep doing it all.
