Optional functional testing (thyroid, cortisol, hormone panels) may be recommended depending on your needs — these are not included in the programme fee.

 

Why work with me

I specialise in women’s health at 35+, blending clinical training with a holistic, supportive approach. My role isn’t to hand you another diet — it’s to guide you through a tailored plan that works with your body, not against it.

 

What About Testing?

While it’s not required to join, I often recommend private thyroid testing (and sometimes cortisol or hormone panels) where symptoms suggest deeper imbalances. These tests help us create a much more targeted and personalised plan.​
